General Questions

Cannarun is South Africa’s on-demand cannabis delivery platform that connects customers with licensed dispensaries through a network of verified drivers. Customers can shop, dispensaries can scale delivery, and drivers can earn—all through one system.

Cannarun operates in areas where cannabis delivery is legally permitted. Availability depends on your region and partner dispensaries nearby. More locations are being added regularly.

Absolutely. Cannarun is built for secure, compliant cannabis delivery. We verify all users, work only with licensed dispensaries, and ensure every delivery includes ID verification and proof of receipt.

Customer Support

Download the Cannarun app and follow the prompts to register. You’ll need to verify your age and identity to access cannabis products. Account updates can be made from the Profile section.

Open the app, browse dispensaries in your area, add items to your cart, and check out. You can track your order in real-time and receive notifications until delivery.

You can request a cancellation before your order is picked up. After that, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Contact our support team or the dispensary as soon as possible.

We accept secure card payments. Some dispensaries may allow SnapScan, EFT, or cash on delivery, depending on your area.

Yes. You must present a valid South African ID or driver’s license to confirm your age and identity upon delivery.

Dispensary Support

If you’re a licensed cannabis retailer, apply by Sign Up . Once approved, you’ll get access to the Vendor Dashboard where you can manage products, inventory, and delivery scheduling.

Yes. You can offer both scheduled and on-demand deliveries based on your operational setup.

We charge a service fee of 8% per completed order. Rates depend on your region, sales volume, and fulfillment preferences. A Cannarun account manager will provide a tailored rate structure.

Vendors can:

  • List and manage products

  • View incoming orders

  • Schedule or request deliveries

  • Track drivers and view order status

  • View earnings and reporting

 

Driver Support

Apply through the Driver Signup page in the app or on our website. You’ll need:

  • A valid South African ID

  • A driver’s license

  • Your own vehicle

  • A smartphone with GPS
    Once approved, you’ll start receiving delivery requests in your service area.

Cannarun will guide you through compliance requirements during onboarding. You’ll need to comply with all transport laws for cannabis in your region.

You set your own hours. Deliveries are typically busiest from late morning to evening, but you’re free to accept orders whenever you’re online and available.

Drivers are paid weekly via EFT. Your earnings are based on the number of completed deliveries, distance traveled, and any applicable bonuses.

App & Technical Support

Tap “Forgot Password” on the login screen and follow the prompts to reset via email. For account changes, go to your Profile in the app.
